Ideas I had to build myself
I build because the best product instinct comes from building. Each project here started with a problem worth solving and became working software — from AI-powered creative tools to infrastructure for LLM teams. That hands-on instinct shapes every roadmap I run.
ScreenScore
Built a local, privacy-first AI screenplay analysis tool for film & TV producers. Runs Mistral 7B via Ollama entirely on-device to surface story structure insights, character arcs, and commercial viability signals — no data leaves the machine.
Storyboard App
Built an AI-powered storyboard generator for macOS that converts scripts into professional storyboards using FLUX.1-dev with custom LoRA adapters. Electron + Flask + PyTorch stack — bridges creative intent and visual output in one native workflow.
Flagship
Built a feature flagging system purpose-built for LLM-powered products. Supports A/B testing of models, prompts, and inference configs with an interactive TUI, LLM-as-judge scoring, YAML-based config, and SQLite logging. `flagship auto` closes the loop — autonomously iterating toward the best-performing configuration.

AWS Real-time Video Analysis Solution
AI BuilderArchitected and led product development for a real-time video analysis solution for large IoT device fleets — ingesting live streams via Kinesis Video Streams, processing through Lambda and Step Functions, and surfacing results through a centralized OpenSearch dashboard.
Alexa Ambient Home Developer Kit
AI ExperienceLed product development of the Device & Group Sync API within the Alexa Ambient Home Developer Kit — enabling automatic synchronization of smart home device groups across Alexa and third-party platforms (US Patent 12353179). Advised on the broader kit including Home State APIs, Credentials API, and Multi-Admin Matter setup. Contributed to Amazon's platform shift from device connectivity to developer-led ambient experiences.
Autonomous Vehicles — AWS × AUMOVIO (CES 2026)
AI ExperienceAs AWS product lead, drove the partnership enabling AUMOVIO's Aurora Driver autonomous driving platform — AUMOVIO selected AWS as preferred cloud provider, announced at CES 2026. The platform satisfied 10,000+ requirements, passed 4.5M tests, and enables natural language querying across petabytes of road scenario data — with production deployment beginning 2027.
Computer Vision AI — AWS × SK Telecom (MWC 2022)
AI ExperienceAs AWS product lead, partnered with SK Telecom to bring computer vision AI to production using 10+ years of anonymized video data, announced at MWC Las Vegas 2022. Delivered AI-powered use cases across retail analytics, veterinary diagnosis, agricultural monitoring, manufacturing maintenance, and facility safety.
GenAI — AWS × Continental (now AUMOVIO)
AI BuilderAs AWS product lead, enabled Continental to use GenAI on AWS to reduce search through petabytes of CV training image data from hours to minutes — cutting operational costs by 40% and improving algorithm accuracy by 10%. Directly accelerating their path to automated driving trucks on US roads by 2027.
